Murine Embryonic Fibroblasts P0

Freshly isolated mouse embryonic fibroblast culture. P0- passage 0 as these cells have been isolated and cultivated only for 18h after their derivation from 13^th day pregnant mice. Frozen in 10% DMSO, 10% Fetal calf serum and RPMI-1640 media. Viability after thawing not less than 90%. Cell cultures are bacteria free and derived from different lineages of mice.

Mice lineages are available on request: DBA, BALB/c, White, Black. Also the time of embryo development is available on request. Starting from gestational day 13 till 21.

Freshly isolated mouse embryonic liver cell culture. P0- passage 0 as these cells have been isolated and no cultivation has been performed on these cells. Frozen Trombocytes

Frozen trombocytes expired for injection but suitable for PRP preparations for cell culture.

One bag of trombocytes, from one blood collection unit (450 ml). Processed by GMP. Collected and immediately stored in -80°C. Shipped on dry ice. Shipment not included in the price.

Human Plasma from Umbilical Cord Blood

The plasma is frozen, fresh product can be produced on request.

Umbilical cord blood (CB) from a full-term delivery is collected into a 120mL cord blood collection bag containing citrate-phosphate-dextrose (CPD) anticoagulant (21 mL/bag). Samples are processed within 48 hours of collection. Separation of whole cord blood is performed by doing a 4:1 dilution with HES (hydroxy ethyl starch) and centrifugation of cord blood. Plasma is obtained from the top layer after centrifugation. Frozen at -80°C. Umbilical cord blood is tested negative for hepatitis B surface antigen (HbsAG), antibodies to Hepatitis C (HCV), and Human Immunodeficiency Virus I & II (HIV-I and HIV-II), Syphilis, fungi and bacteria. Plasma can be pooled or sold separately.

Human Serum from Umbilical Cord Blood

The serum is frozen, fresh product can be produced on request.

Umbilical cord blood from a full-term delivery is collected into syringes (50mL) clotted and centrifuged to produce serum. Frozen at -80°C. Umbilical cord blood serum is tested negative for hepatitis B surface antigen (HbsAG), antibodies to Hepatitis C (HCV), and Human Immunodeficiency Virus I & II (HIV-I and HIV-II), Syphilis, fungi and bacteria. Serum can be pooled or sold separately. (Produced on request).
